This Privacy Notice has been issued by our company, residing at Sultantepe Mahallesi Paşalimanı Caddesi No:41 Üsküdar/İstanbul and with trade name Park Elektrik Üretim Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, in the capacity of the data controller, in order to fulfill the information disclosure obligation regarding our cookie practices within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (LPPD) and other relevant legislation, regarding the processing of personal data obtained through cookies. Our Company’s policies regarding the protection of personal data are available on our Company’s website.
A. COOKIE TYPES

Explanation for the Google LLC and Google LLC (Google Analytics) cookies marked with *: The Google LLC (Google Analytics), Google DoubleClick and Google Ads / Google Tag cookies on our website facilitate the transfer of visitor data to Google’s servers located abroad, where it is analyzed through centralized algorithms and global datasets. This processing activity is conducted based on the explicit consent you provide (Art. 9/6-a of the LPPD), with the understanding of potential risks arising from the different levels of data protection in the destination countries compared to local legislation, and strictly in accordance with your Google account preferences. Our Company maintains no control over the data-matching processes carried out within Google’s own ecosystem; however, visitors may restrict these processes at any time via their Google ‘Ad & Personalization’ settings or through our cookie management panel.
D. PURPOSES AND INDIVIDUALS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED
Our Company processes your personal data in accordance with the principles of ‘need-to-know’ and ‘need-to-use,’ by ensuring the necessary data minimization and taking the required technical and administrative security measures.
Your personal data may be shared with authorized persons, institutions and organizations for the purpose of informing such parties, based on the legal ground of ‘being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation’ set forth in Article 5/2 (ç) of the LPPD; and with authorized lawyers and judicial and administrative authorities for the purposes of following up and conducting legal affairs, based on the legal ground of ‘data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right’ set forth in Article 5/2 (e) of the LPPD.
Provided that our website visitors are logged into their Google accounts and have granted the necessary permissions within Google’s data-sharing settings, the technical device and usage-pattern data collected via the Google Analytics measurement tools used on our website for statistical analysis and marketing purposes may be processed by Google LLC by associating them with personal data (such as name, surname and e-mail) residing in Google’s own databases.
E. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT AND THE METHOD OF USING THEM
Under Article 11 of LPPD No. 6698, everyone has the right to apply to our Company as the data controller regarding the matters set out in the said article.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the LPPD and under the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Application to Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette issue no. 30356 dated 10.3.2018, the applications to be filed to our Company, in the capacity of data controller, with regard to such rights should be submitted through one of the methods specified below or any other method determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
Pursuant to Article 4 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, real persons whose personal data are processed have the right to apply to the data controller. Data subjects may exercise this right provided that they file their application in Turkish.
The “Data Subject”, the owner of personal data, in order to exercise all of his/her rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, may file an application:
- In writing,
- With secure electronic signature,
- Through a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address,
- With mobile signature,
- By sending it from the e-mail address previously notified to the data controller by the data subject and registered in the data controller’s system.
The application must include the following particulars:
- Name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,
- Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens, and nationality, passport number, or identity number, if any, for foreigners,
- Residential or business address for notification,
- Electronic mail address, phone and fax number for notification, if any, and
- Subject of the request.
The information and documents concerning the matter, if any, shall be enclosed with the application.
In written applications, the date when the document is served upon the data controller or its representative shall be considered the application date.
In applications made through other methods, the date when the application is received by the data controller shall be considered the application date.
The application shall be concluded free of charge, within the shortest time possible depending on the nature of the request, but in any event within no later than thirty days. However, if the relevant transaction requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be collected.
Applications should be filed by the individual himself/herself. An application may only be filed on behalf of another person through a power of attorney, provided that it contains the authority to request information within the scope of the LPPD. The data controller may request the relevant verification information if it has doubts about the identity of the applicant.
