Silent Period Practice

Our Company implements a “Silent Period” that avoids the public disclosure of financial results and other related issues before the financial results are announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (“PDP”). The Silent Period begins 4 weeks before the annual financial statements are announced on the PDP, and 2 weeks before the interim financial statements are announced on the PDP.

During the Silent Period, except for the information disclosed to the public in the past, our Company’s Investor Relations Department and people who authorized to make public statements on behalf of our Company do not express any opinion about our Company’s financial results/status, and the questions of investors and analysts about the financial results/status are not answered.

Apart from Silent Period practice, people who are included in the Insider List are forbidden to make any transaction in our Company’s shares and other capital market instruments issued tied to shares, as long as they are in the relevant list.
