Park Elektrik Üretim Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Park Elektrik”, “Company”) has established the Investor Relations Department which ensures communication between the Company management and its shareholders and exercise of the rights of its shareholders as of April 26, 2005. Ayşe Yıldıran Yüksel who has “Capital Market Activities Level 3 Licence” and “Corporate Governance Rating License”, works as the manager of Investor Relations Department. Furthermore, financial reporting department also supports Investor Relations Department in order to respond more effectively the questions asked by our existing and potential investors regarding our Company’s financial reports that require financial reporting expertise. The Investor Relations Manager reports to Capital Markets Director and is also a member of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee, and works in cooperation with other committees and departments within our Company.

The Investor Relations Department performs the following major duties in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation:
- To ensure that records relating to correspondences between investors and our Company and any other information or documents thereof are kept proper, secure and up-to-date,
- To respond to the written information requests of shareholders regarding our Company within 15 days,
- To prepare documentation with respect to the General Assembly Meetings required to be submitted to the shareholders for their information and review and to take the measures in order to ensure that the General Assembly Meetings are conducted in accordance with the legislation, articles of association and other internal regulations,
- To coordinate the preparation of the corporate website of the Company,
- To prepare investor presentations, and to organize teleconferences to inform analysts/researchers and investors to answer their questions following the public disclosure of the Company’s interim and annual financial reports,
- To introduce the Company to existing and potential investors, investment firms and similar companies at the local and global level,
- To prepare and announce the material event disclosures on the Public Disclosure Platform,
- To supervise and monitor liabilities arising from capital market legislation including matters with respect to corporate governance and public disclosure and ensure compliance to liabilities.
