1994
- Taç Tekstil Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded and changed its commarcial title as Taç Santral Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- The textile production business started.
1996
- The commercial title was changed as Park Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- Capacity increase and modernization investments were made in the production facilities located at Edirne.
1997
- Park Tekstil's initial public offering performed and shares started to trade on Borsa Istanbul.
2000
- The commercial title was changed as Park Elektrik Madencilik Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- Field of activity was expanded to include mining and energy sectors.
- Started to operate in the mining sector with coal production and enrichment activities.
2002
- The activities in textile sector were completely terminated.
- The commercial title of the Company was changed as Park Elektrik Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
2004
- Won the licence transfer tender belonging to the copper field (IR 3748 numbered) in Siirt.
- Started construction of a Copper Concentration Facility in Siirt, Madenköy.
- Obtained an exploration licence for the bauxite field in Gaziantep, Islahiye.
2006
- Started to produce concentrated copper upo completion of facilities in Siirt, Madenköy.
- Terminated the coal production and enrichment activities which carried out since 2000.
2008
- Obtained a licence for a periof of 49 years for "Tarihler Hydroelectric Power Plant" ("HPP") projecet in Siirt with an installed capacity of 49,9 MWm/47,6 MW from Energy Market Regulation Authority (“EMRA”) for electricity generation.
- Obtained an operation licence for the bauxite field in Gaziantep, Islahiye.
2009
- The commercial title was changed as Park Elektrik Üretim Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- The company was merged with Ceytaş Madencilik Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the Group companies.
- As a sub-contractor started asphaltite production from the field operated by Silopi Elektrik Üretim A.Ş, one of our Group companies, with a royalty agreement for the thermic power plant located in Şırnak,Silopi.
2011
- A real estate that has a status of 2nd degree historical monumet in Istanbul Beyoglu was purchased from Sarkuysan Elektrolitik Bakır Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
2014
- The royalty contract of the asphaltite field in Şırnak Silopi was transferred to Silopi Elektrik Üretim A.Ş and this operation was terminated.
2016
- A landslide occured in the Madenkoy copper mine field of the Company in Siirt, Şirvan due to excessive rainfall.
2017
- The Company terminated copper production and sold its assets related to the concentrated copper production.
- 100% shares of Konya Ilgın Elektrik Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş.(Konya Ilgın"),one of our Group company, which has a project to establish an integrated thermic power plant with an installed capacity of 500 MW, was purchased by Park Elektrik.
2019
- The Company has signed a royalty agreement with CTC Enerji Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. for the operation of the bauxite field in Gaziantep Islahiye.
- The Company started preliminary mining activity and lignite production in its field in Konya Ilgın.
2020
- Coal enrichment facility investment was made within the scope of lignite mining activity in Konya Ilgın.
2021
- The 49-year licence of "Tarihler Hydroelectric Power Plant" ("HPP") project in Siirt with an installed capacity of 49,9 MWm was cancelled by the Energy Market Regulation Authority (“EMRA”).
2022
- The 10% shares owned in Ciner Enerji Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the project companies of our Group, which held the operating privilege of the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant with a total installed capacity of 620 MW until 30 June 2020 located at Ankara Çayırhan, were sold.
