Merger by Takeover in 2009
In line with the decision of our Company’s Board of Directors dated December 26, 2008;
“Our Company merged with Ceytaş Madencilik Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi”, one of our Group Companies, which also has investments in the mining sector, by taking over the Ceytaş Madencilik Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, pursuant to the provisions of Articles 146-151 and 451 of the Turkish Commercial Law and Articles 18-20 of the Corporate Tax Law numbered 5520 and the Capital Markets Board’s Communiqué on Merger and Demerger.
